The long wait is over, the iPhone launches tomorrow. Know the rules before you rush to the store. Also check out the guided tour.
Apple - iPhone - A Guided Tour (1/3)
The geeky side of me is drooling. The practical side of me says "It's too expensive and it's still too early to get one. Might as well leave it to others to shake all the bugs and for Apple and AT&T to get the pricing plan right."

I understand your thoughts on to buy or not to buy right now … there, you see, it is easier for us europeans: We have to wait until December and let the americans shake the bugs first ;-)
P.S. Nevertheless, I announced already to my family that I will buy myself one for christmas!!! Hahaha!
LOL! show off! i'll wait for you to shake out the bugs first ;) i will need more time to save for it anyway :) in the meantime, i'll wait for the hype to die down ;)
;-) So I can report bugs from December on to you ;-)
Those that perpetrate the hype - KNOW NOT - & as yet - UNDERSTAND NOT - what TRUE significance the iPhone represents - ALL Hail to Jobs & his team @Apple Inc. for producing THE human computer interface which will set ZAADZ on FIRE!
I love Apple gear. Love it. I own Macs for the home and business. The iPod changed my life. My entire music collection goes with me everywhere I go. Fantastic! But I fear the iPhone will make it where I'd never speak to my children again. I picture the scene outside in the yard.
“Daddy will you play with me?”
“Not now, Honey, I'm on Ebay bidding on an iPhone for your Mother.”
“Daddy I want an iPhone, too, Gracie has one.”
“If you want one you'll have to get a job and pay for it your self.”
“But, Daddy, I'm only six.”
Speaking of six, six hundred bones for a PDA. Good Lord Gracious!!! I'll wait until the peer-pressure and envy are unbearable. In Los Angeles people will take the day off work just to sit at Starbucks and look cool playing with and using their iPhones. Can't wait for the spectacle. It's gonna be Interface in yo face! Oh, the Humanity!!! LOL!
no problem. maybe you can find some hot blogs over here :)
GW may THINK that this IS NOT a HOT blog at ALL - but when one considers the REALLY BIG PICTURE - IT will ONLY BE when the functionality of the iPhone interface is incorporated into the 40 year old concept of a One Laptop Per Child specification - that ALL children will be potentially equal - to the extent that they will then BE collectively confident to address THE GLOBAL PROBLEMS as a whole - & thus establish THE ONLY VIABLE solutions which can possibly address the inhumanity of - a starving African kid or crying Iraqi girl who has just lost her father.
PROVISION for ALL to UPSHIFT as PART & PARCEL of AN ALL-INCLUSIVE GLOBAL SOLUTION has to go hand in hand with the LUXURY of BEING able to DOWNSHIFT.
well said, Michael. speaking of which, the iPhone is also hot on the inside :)

Wampum? Cool. I love shellfish.
C4, Michael, and myself all work in (or have worked in) technology related fields. Commenting on new technologies doesn't make us frivolous materialist without awareness of what's going on in the world. Well……..wait…….I'm a frivolous materialist but they're not.
Enjoy your judgmental-ism. Outdated technology by the way…or should I say by the Tao.
By the TAO - ”Let the PEOPLE decide” - but what a pity that GW has seen fit to remove the posted comments in the context of OUR ALL INCLUSIVE perspectives here @zaadz.
