I've been playing around with this ultra-cool media player called Dizzler. Here's what it says on their about page:
"Dizzler free downloadable application allows users to search online and play free music, videos, games, and radio stations on their desktop or mobile device."
"Our goal is to create a place where media creators and users can come together and share their passion. We want our members to be able to enjoy all of the free media content on the web as safely and easily as possible without any SPYWARE, ADWARE or storage constraints. All you need is access to the internet and our free media player."
Dizzler scours the internet for music, videos (from YouTube), streaming radio, and games and package them all in a compact player--one compact media player to rule them all, for FREE.I'm not sure how Dizzler would circumvent the copyright laws in the long run. I wish them well. There are still lots of room for improvement (e.g. i'd like to be able to easily reorder my playlist, it would be cool to have an option to go directly to the Youtube video page) but so far, I love the available features. It's easy to search for media content and create a customized media player with all the available skins and countless options. See my customized player in action over at zPod:HTFAQ then crank out the volume!
That is all for now. Will play with this some more. Very juicy!
