"And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course."~ Khalil Gibran

Here's an impromptu recording of me and ~myDakini covering this classic tune. Recorded with a Macbook PRO and mixed-down with Garageband.
Time flies when we're having the best time of our lives. Time is relative, only Love is absolute.
(download the .mp3)
NOTE: Blogging will be light in the next couple of days as I make my long drive to the airport and fly back tomorrow to the Emerald.

Wow…
She has a really beautiful voice! (Nice guitar work also.)
But that voice!
Thank you so much for sharing that.
One of the sweetest things I've heard in a long time.
A big squeeze to you.
The Emerald City welcomes you home!

What a gorgeous duet.
The song… the love…
simply, the two of you.
That was heart-food.
Thank you :-)
I'm sooooo sad as I listen to this song. You and your ~Dakini are so great together. :`(
That was so beautiful and so sad and so sweet and the two of you sound utterly amazing together. Ai. Safe travels, sweet boy, and I hope your girl will be with you soon.
My gosh, that girl of yours has an amazingly beautiful voice. This was not what I expected when I hit the play button. No offense C! I agree with WordFired… Pure heart-food. Thank you for sharing this with us.

LOL. thanks. i'm sure she'll appreciate the props.
trivia: we recorded this in one impromptu take. she didn't even know the whole song so she had to read the lyrics on the laptop while singing. also, she was sitting down when she sang this so the voice that you hear is only half of her capacity :) and my guitar playing sucks.
Just beautiful…………………..Hummmmmmmmm….
. . yeah … I agree with the others: my mind just got blown when i pressed Play … what a gorgeous voice, and the guitar playing was lovely too oh humble man … :)
